Our Privacy Policy

The Ash Fox Group has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. This document supersedes and replaces the privacy policy of Bluebox Agency, which is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Ash Fox Group. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for all of our Internet services, including Web and e-mail. This privacy statement applies only to Internet content and services of The Ash Fox Group. In no event shall The Ash Fox Group be held liable for any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, loss of information arising out of the use or inability to use the website, even if The Ash Fox Group has been advised of such damages.
Collection of Data: As is the case with all companies that have an Internet presence, we use an ISP that can provide us general information, including broad non-identifiable demographic information (e.g. what kind of browsers access our site, how many PCs versus Macintoshes access our site, etc.) to better serve you. We don't use cookies and instead use session data (similar to financial institutions) to protect you. This means that, when accessing portions of the site that require a login, when you close the browser, you'll automatically be logged out. We do not use cookies for any purpose (e.g. logging in, tracking protocols). A few areas of our website (e.g. Ash Fox Apparel Entry) allow for the end-user to submit personal information (e.g. name, email address) that, if you choose, we add into our proprietary database. This is an "opt-in" provision. This information is not necessary for general access (i.e. you're not required to give us your email address to browse our site); and any user may cancel or opt-out of any service or future mailing — see the Opt-Out Provision section below. We never disclose personal information (e.g. names, email addresses) with other third parties, meaning we will never sell, give, share, exchange, or disclose any specific personal information about you that we collect on our site. Due to the nature of some of our projects and government-related people we build sites for, our client listing is closely guarded and our database zealously protected. At our discretion, we occasionally include links to a client website; however, though we did the work, we are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or content of such websites.
Security: The Ash Fox Group's Web site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Such measures include: regular security reviews, upgrades and backups. We use our best efforts to maintain the security and reliability of our infrastructure; however, they are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including warranties of: merchantability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We offer no assurance of uninterrupted or error-free service; however, we do use an ISP that possesses a 2500Gbps fiber-optic connection to the Internet (i.e. extremely reliable and fast backbone connection).
Technological Changes: Due to the fact that we are a technology-based entity, The Ash Fox Group cannot warrant the accuracy or completeness of any descriptions or job specifications (i.e. we may have a project scheduled on one machine but, at our discretion, we may choose to upgrade equipment and then process your job on a newer computer without notifying you).
Children's Guidelines: While there is no content on our site that could be deemed inappropriate, The Ash Fox Group and its services are not intended for anyone under 13 years of age. This would apply to areas that request your address (like when we host a sweepstakes) or an email address. Pursuant to federal law, personal information may not be provided by anyone under 13 years of age. Furthermore, children under the age of 13 are not permitted to participate in, should The Ash Fox Group choose to create, online forums, discussions, or any other area where public discussions and/or comments take place and are made. In addition, no one under 18 years old may purchase products and/or services from our site/online store. In the case that a child has added their name to our website, any parent learning of such simply needs to send us an email and we'll promptly remove it.
Opt-Out Provision: Our site, every once in a while, has a few areas where you can add your email address (and sometimes your name) to our master database, as mentioned in the section above. Should you wish to opt-out after having opted-in, simply contact us and we'll remove your email address the same day.
Contact Information: If you have any questions about this privacy statement, the practices of this site, or your dealings with this Web site, please contact us. Please note that we regret that we do not arbitrarily provide technical support for our free services.
