Overview The Ash Fox Group has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for all of our Internet services, including Web and e-mail. Collection of Data As with all companies, we use an ISP that can give us information. This is a standard feature in ISP accounts and enables us to obtain broad non-identifiable demographic information (e.g. what kind of browsers access our site, how many PCs versus Macintoshes access our site, etc.) to better serve you. Protected areas of the site utilize cookies. This is to enable access to locked content. The cookie only holds the username and password, and is good for that session only. We do not use cookies for any other purpose (e.g. tracking). A few areas of our website (e.g. brochure request) allow for the end-user to submit personal information (e.g. name, email address) that we add into our proprietary database. This information is not necessary for general access (i.e. you're not required to give us your email address to browse our site); and any user may cancel or opt-out of any service or future mailing—see the Choice/Opt-Out section below. We never disclose personal information (e.g. names, email addresses) with other third parties—meaning we will never sell, give, share, exchange, or disclose any specific personal information about you that we collect on our site. Due to the nature of some of our projects, our client listing is closely guarded and our database protected zealously. This site, at our discretion should we deem it valuable to our clients, occasionally contains links to other sites. Technological Changes Due to the fact that we are a technology-based entity, The Ash Fox Group cannot warrant the accuracy or completeness of any descriptions or job specifications (i.e. we may have a project scheduled on one machine but, at our discretion, we may choose to upgrade equipement and then process your job on a newer computer without notifying you). Children's Guidelines While there is no inappropriate content on our site, The Ash Fox Group and its services are not intended for anyone under 13 years of age. This is due to areas that request your address (for a brochure) or email address. Pursuant to federal law, personal information may not be provided by anyone under 13 years of age. Furthermore, children under the age of 13 are not permitted to participate in, should The Ash Fox Group choose to create, online forums, discussions, or any other area where public discussions and/or comments take place and are made. In addition, no one under 18 years old may purchase products and/or services from our site. In the case that a child has added their name to our website, we invite any parent learning of such to send us an email and we'll promptly remove it. Opt-Out Provision Our site has a few areas where you can add your email address (and sometimes your name) to our master database.
