It is a rare occurence that a job that's been sent to us needs to be halted or delayed. If you need to cancel a project it can only be done after the initial fees have been paid and before the project goes "live." You will be advised of the "live" date when the project is scheduled for production in our facility.

A project can certainly be canceled after it goes "live," however the full billing rate will apply.
